Billing Information Screens
New billing information screens can now be found on the Student and Member District pages. This allows you to quickly and easily see each invoice and related pertinent information. In addition, a Year to Date Totals row was added to the bottom to provide quick totals for the entire database year.
Billing Options for Each Season
When using a merged database for both Summer and School Year terms, you can now set appropriate options and overrides for billing based on each season, ensuring that your billing is calculating appropriately regardless of what season you are billing for. These settings can be found under System > Billing. All billing options will appear for the entire year, regardless of what season you've currently selected.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where the Student Billing screen displayed an error that billing had not yet been configured at all times.
- Fixed issue which prevented PDF, Excel and Zip reports would not process.
- Fixed issue preventing the creation of new billing cycles [#1029].
- Fixed issue causing reports to be lost each time the program is updated.
- Fixed issue preventing old reports from being removed from the system regardless of the time set in System > General.
